Quitting smoking gives you power over your health and choices.

Replace cigarettes with calming habits like:

With respect, no one who has ever smoked even casually would believe that “drinking herbal tea” could “replace cigarettes.” In my personal experience and what I witnessed in many close friends, the most common motivator to quit for good is another person, usually one’s children, but also one’s partner.
